You crept into my bones Small hands pulling apart my rib cage, wrapping around my heart, whispering          I'll protect you now. But hands grow tired, so when you leave   steal my heart         like you stole my armor, I can't protect myself anymore.

I always knew I would fall for a boy that would cause some fatality to my life, or to my heart. Or to some other aspect of my being. But to be so beautifully happy with it… well, that was something else completely.
